Nosing: Sherry Orange Pineapple Caramel Vanilla
Definite sherry influence. Starts off fruity with orange peel and pineapple. As it sits in the glass the fruit dies down and butterscotch comes to the fore.

Taste: Sherry Caramel Dark Chocolate Spices
Some sherry flavours, more of the butterscotch from the nose. Bitter dark chocolate and sweet spices.

Finish: Dried Fruit Oak
Medium length. Dried fruits and heavy oak. Almost too much oakiness.

Comment:
I picked this up at the local supermarket, always up for trying something new. Initially upon opening the bottle there was a very unpleasant strong bitterness on the palate and finish, although this went away within a day or so of the bottle being opened. Not a favourable first impression, but once it had settled down it was very palatable stuff. Nothing that would blow your mind, but respectable. At the price as well its difficult to complain, here in the UK it was about £23 for the 70 cl. Overall, its worth a try, you could certainly do worse for the price.
