Very fruity, light, citrus note, citrus notes, grass
Taste:
Oakiness, light bitterness, lemon grass, sour
Finish:
Bitterness and sweetness
Nosing:
Aromatic and slightly dry with malty notes. Butterscotch Shortbread and fresh herbs and grass aromas followed by lemon curd and meringue.
Taste:
Malty caramel, black currant and a hint of lemon grass
Finish:
Recurring notes of shortbread and lemon grass with sweet-spicy ginger jam
