Sherry:Anise: Oak Fig Date Plum menthol, eucalyptus
Taste:
Oak Dark Chocolate Raisin bitterness, espresso, liquorice, old grapefruit

Nosing:
Much sherry, fruit compote, a hint of menthol and aniseed. In the background, there are notes of honey, linseed and oak.
Taste:
Sherry notes with sweet spices. Resinous with syrup, licorice and orange peel.
Finish:
Sweet with strong sherry notes.
