All tasting notes

Sweet, malty, soapy and oily palate.
Somewhat clipped/short finish dominated by caramel notes.

Taste: Classic Speyside profile for me, but going more for souerness and sharp peppery notes.
Finish: medium long, but what I can feel is mostly bitter and pepper oakiness. Not pleasant at all.
Comment: After enjoying the Glen Garioch founder's reserve I am disappointed with this dram. The taste is nothing special, only 48 abv makes it stronger than normally, but it does not help too much as for me without water it is really hard to drink it. Might be interesting for someone who like Speyside style and is looking for something more defined and sharper.

Comment:
Neat prate has mixture between oak, sherry, dried fruits, caramel then after emitting ginger and spices. But once I add a bit water, nosing became very different the one with sharing ginger and pepper then emitting oak, malt, fruits.
