Gelston's Pinot Noir
The wine and whiskey trading company Gelston's was founded in Belfast in 1830 by Samuel Gelston and later poached by Harry J Neill. The Neill family has been maturing, blending and bottling Irish whiskeys ever since. For this bottling, cousins Sam and Johnny Neill worked together: Johnny matured the triple-distilled pot still whiskey in Sam's former New Zealand Pinot Noir barrels, creating the limited-edition whiskey with the intense aroma.
