Comment: Very interesting and complex bourbon. Spices and herbs dominate in the nose with traces of nuts, berries, fruit, as well as vanilla, honey and caramel (If you add a little bit of water, then strong, but short peanut and nougat aromas will emerge). The taste is sharp and intense, but mouth-watering and rich with fruity and herbal flavours. The aftertaste is spicy and fruity with hints of dill and coriander.
This bourbon is not my favourite one, but I think it is worth trying.
