Flóki is a three years old Single Malt, that is completely made out of ingredients from Iceland. The especially robust Icelandic barley contains less starch than other varieties, which is why about 50% more barley has to be used. The Malt matured in a single cask, which contained the Floki Young Malt of the distillery before.
