All tasting notes

Light, almost tight nose. Classic bourbon maturation notes, with some fruitiness and sweet pastry spices
Taste:

Sweet arrival, has that buttery vanilla bourbon character. Then it starts getting bitter, heading towards espresso flavours
Finish:

Medium and very dry. Lots of wood tannins and bitter spiciness. Not good.
Comment:
This is one of those malts which starts good and steadily goes downhill. The bitterness which dominates the latter half of the experience is totally disjointed compared to the nose and start of the flavours. If you hold it in your mouth for any significant length of time it becomes unpleasantly bitter. Not going back to this one.
