Elsburn Harz 4
This ELSBURN - HERCYNIAN SINGLE MALT WHISKY was allowed to mature from first to last day in a select 250 l sherry hogshead and a 200 l first-fill ex-bourbon barrel. These special barrels were selected by Pat Hock and Anna Buchholz (Mistress of Distilling) as the fourth installment in a very special series of outstanding single malts from the Harz Mountains – The Friendship Edition. The Friendship Edition is a tribute to a friendship between Pat and Anna, which grew out of whisky and has now finally been properly honored.
