Nosing: Vanilla Nuts and light fresh Fruit. For a cask strength, the alcohol wasn't too intense

Taste: creamy and tangy. The official tasting notes say dried apricots. I think that might be it

Finish: medium

Comment: I enjoyed this. If the description doesn't help much, it's because this was so different and interesting. If you want something very unique but still enjoyable, this would be the Edradour "Staight from the Cask" to go with. If I could do it again, however, I might have bought the port or sauternes one instead.
