Nosing: maple syrup 
Taste: maple syrup
Finish: maple syrup
Comment: This flavouring with maple syrup outcompetes other tasting notes and ruins this whisky. If this is Crown Royal Maple, then why can’t they just mature it in fresh maple casks rather than add additional flavours? Whisky is a product made by nature, whether scotch or bourbon, and no additives should be added. Otherwise it will be a liquor rather than whisky
