Connemara Original
Connemara Original is one of the very few peated Irish Single Malt Whiskeys. No other Irish Whiskey combines strong peat smoke with sweet fruits and vanilla as harmonious as Connemara. With closed eyes, you would feel transported to the Scottish Islands.

Taste: intense, warm

Finish dry

Comment: A wonderful combination of heavy peat and lovely fruitiness with tropical notes. Even though it was matured in ex-sherry casks, it has a bit of a bourbon character as well; probably due to a honey sweetness. The taste is spicy and oily. The aftertaste is long and warm, but dry.
