The Story of the Spaniard is the first release of its kind and matured in different oak casks in Sherry casks for 48% and in Spanish Red Wine casks for 25%. The used Whiskies for this Blend are all coming from Highland distilleries in and around the region Doune, Longmorn, Alness and Aberlour. The name comes from an encounter the founder John Glaser had many years ago on a trip to Spain. There, in one of the many village bars, he met an old man, who told him about the local Sherry Wines and awoke his interest in the topic.
