Coillmor 12 Years - 2009
In traditional fashion, Coillmor Bavarian Single Malt Whisky is distilled using the classic fine distillation process. Only the finest Bavarian barley malt from the Weyermann maltery is processed for its production. A special significance in the whisky's production is given to the crystal-clear and particularly soft mountain spring water from the Bavarian Forest, which gives this whisky its smooth character. It was aged for over 12 years in a freshly emptied sherry Oloroso cask.
