Nosing:
Floral, fruits, smoke, spicy, bitterness, peppermint, vanilla, caramel
Taste:
Oakiness, lemon, tannins, orange peel, smoke
Finish:
Medium
Comment:
After 6 years of matured in bourbon cask of Benromach it was for a further 20 months in French barrels Château matured.
Nosing:
Floral and fruity with melon, red apples and orange peel, hints of oak.
Taste:
Slightly peppery with peat smoke. Notes of vanilla, milk chocolate, lemon and tannins.
Finish:
First fill bourbon casks and finish in Château Cissac wine barrels
