Taste: w/o water - very strong arrival stronger than the 46% ABV would suggest but in a good way: smoke: with some sweetness and distinct sherry finish.
Finish: sharp lingering finish that softens nicely but slowly
Comment: a 1/2 teaspoon of water rounds things out very nicely - but this will drown quickly so need to be careful.
