Ayrer's RUBY
This organic single malt from our red organic special malt was gently distilled and stored for at least 3 years in American white oak barrels. The rearrangement for final refinement and aromatization (finishing) in former port wine barrels in which the sweet port wine made from red grapes was matured over the years gives AYRER's RUBY a unique aroma, the reddish color and a special taste profile.
