Nosing: Earthy, fresh peat smoke. New rubber bicycle tires. Hockey card gum. Banana peels. Pear skin. Mint leaves.
Taste: Smokey banana bread developing into a peppermint patty and ginger spice.
Finish: Medium-long. Burnt green wood. Ginger ale. Mint gum.
Comment: A nice, clean, youthful and well-balanced blend of earthy flavours. Highly drinkable and complex enough to sit with.
