Five minutes finds a dramatic improvement, gaining definition with hints of candied orange peel, dates, cinnamon and thick malt. A densely packed, bittersweet attack. Mid palate surge adds a fabulous stone fruit rush: nectarine, apricot, white peach? Aftertaste is creamy, fruity, lingering with nectarine salient in the aftertaste.
