All tasting notes

There's a big sherry nose with spice and orange/orange peel notes.
Taste:

The palate is sweet with orange and dried fruits and ginger/cinnamon spice. There's a hint of dark chocolate towards the end.
Finish:

The finish is long with lingering sherry and oak. Ends with dry, but not bitter oak.
Comment:
This can take a generous drop of water without overly diluting.
Really enjoyed this. The quality for the price is excellent and its presented non chill filtered and (I believe since it says bottled direct from cask) natural colour. Can't wait to try future versions of this to see how they compare.
