Nosing:
Sherry Schokolade
Immediate sherry as usual but less aromatic fruit than previous versions, given time in the glass it starts to come out - somewhere between orange peel and pineapple. Chocolate and muscovado sugar. It almost reminds me of a good rum nose if not for the easily recognised sherry.

Taste:
Sherry Süße Rosine Orange
Intense sweet raisiny sherry arrival. Orange oil and some mild sweet spiciness as it develops

Finish:
Sherry Süße Dunkle Schokolade Eiche
Long and intense - more so than previous versions. There's a sweetness that persists under the tongue and a slightly bitter dark chocolate note also.

Comment:
Initially I was a little disappointed with this release. I felt that the nose in particular wasn't as good as I have come to expect. The finish though is very good and earns it some points. Its also worth noting that it takes much less water than other releases, I would say take it only down to 50% or so at most.
