Taste: 
A smooth yet potent mix. Peat & wood fire smoke, along with a generous ABV make for a fiery yet mouth watering experience. Some fruit and caramel sweetness found, but soon trumped by spice and a lingering dryness. Somewhat akin to a banana & vanilla cake cooked over coals, dusted with pepper and ever so lightly with ginger and nutmeg.
Finish: Moderate to long
