In fact, the 15 year old Green Label was taken off the market in 2012. But because of the worldwide demand of the customers, Diageo decided in 2016 to bring the beloved whisky back on the shelf. Green Label is the only Blend of Johnnie Walker, that is exclusively created with Single Malts. He gains his unique character especially from the Malts of the Talisker, Linkwood, Cragganmore and Caol Ila distilleries.

All tasting notes
dry fruits, strong sweety - sour
Taste: Complex. Dry candied fruits, spiciness, hint of oak, sweet honey
Finish: long, sweet but smoky
Comment: Complex blended malt which you can find different everytime. Sometimes you can feel more of those sweet malts influence in fruitiness and honey sweetness but sometimes more of those smoky malts - spiciness and smoke. Alkohol well hidden. Very good one! But quite expensive as for blended malt.
