Taste:
Finish: Long dry and spicy.
Comment: The sweetness that hits first is like a barley sugar slowly dissolving over your tongue. Some citrus fruits come next and toward the back pepper and peat take you into a torrent of tannin and spice provided by contact with fresh oak. A small caramel note lingers at the end. A great mid week dram!
Taste: Smoke of peat and turf, oak, honey, lightly fruit
Finish: Long
