Nosing: Tropical fruit. Mango. Papaya. Cantelope. Melons. Beeswax. Candle wax.

Taste: Arrival is strong and sweet underripe fruit developing into tropical salad and honey.

Finish: Long. High viscosity. Dry and bitter. Roasted honeycombs. Breakfast tea.

Comment: A highly complex and rewarding malt.
