Nosing: Light and fresh. Orange peels. Grapefruit. Greenhouse plants. Wet soil.

Taste: Intense arrival of smooth citrus zest and peppermint cream developing into a dry bitterness. Floral and herbal complexity in the bankground.

Finish: Long, dry finish. Various teas. Peppermint tea.

Comment: A complex, intense and powerful malt. Reminds me of a strong martini. Drink slowly. Really opens up in the glass.
