First nose is a typical shelly type with orange aroma. But eventually, I notice it is not the one with just shell bom. It has a great flavor from oloroso, aromatic herb.
Then plate has a strong orange note. But after a bit moment, it reduce and orange stands up then ending up the ginger and herbs. If you add some water, it may change the one with typical shelly drum.
