Nosing: Vanilla whipped cream with some maltiness 
Taste: Vanilla tastes carries over but young wood tastes starts to get more dominant 
Finish: Sweetness turns into a slightly bitter dryness, again oak taste dominates
Comment: This feels almost like a bourbon, but with malted and unmalted mix of grains instead of a corn sweetness
