St. Kilian 4 Years - 2019 Turf Tail Distillers Cut
For the single cask bottling "Turf Tail Distillers Cut", only the last 250 liters of the middle run were collected during the second distillation in the spirit still before switching to the tails. This smoky spirit then matured for four years in an ex Jack Daniel's barrel to develop an aromatic composition of peat, fruit, sweet vanilla and warming oak spice.
