Sailor's Home The Haven
'The Haven' is the first release of the Single Pot Still Irish Whiskeys of Sailor's Home. Those were triple distilled and oat was added to the mash from malted and unmalted Irish barley. The maturation happened in selected Spanish Oloroso Sherry and American Bourbon casks. The eponymous Sailor's Home on Limerick was built in 1856, to offer sanctuary to seafarers on their journey.
