Nothing claiming to be a "cigar Scotch" ever truly is, even though there were some Rum-cask Bruichladdichs that came very close.
This Dalmore, then, is a nice representation of the house style, with dark sherried fruits, candied orange and the hallmark "praline" front-palate.
A decent dram in its own regard, and certainly unoffensive with many cigars.
