Kommentar: Wen der Krankenhausgeruch (der nicht abstoßend wirkt, eher einladend) nicht stört und nicht die üppige Süße, der bekommt einen außergewöhnlichen Irish Whiskey (Eigenbezeichnung der Brennerei).
Intensive Farbe.
Intensive Nase!
Holz, alter Sherry, Honig.
Reif und kräftig.

Im Mund weniger süß,
hier kommt das Fass zur Geltung,
fast etwas stark, herb, trocken.
Aber auch wenn das kein Glengoyne ist,
der muss sich nicht verstecken.
Der kann was!
