Aroma: Der Roggen und die St. Kilian-Note werden vom Rauch etwas verdrängt, aber der Rauch ist nicht massiv, sondern alles passt harmonisch zueinander; man spürt das Roggenbrot doch noch und auch die St. Kilian -Birne ist da.

Geschmack: Auch im Mund ist der Rauch sehr präsent, und auch hier sehr harmonisch mit dem Roggen verwoben und mit der Birne von St. Kilian; dann auch noch eine leichte Zitrusnote gegen das Ende hin.

Abgang: Im Abgang bleibt was Kräuteriges zurück das ein bisschen herb und adstringierend ist.

Kommentar: Toll wie zwei so unterschiedliche Produkte hier perfekt zusammenspielen.
