Aberlour
Status: Empty
A mellow and soft Single Malt Whisky from the Speyside. Its aroma is full, malty and spicy. The taste is determined by the Sherry barrel storage. The classic from the Aberlour distillery!
This Aberlour Scotch was stored 100% in sherry casks. Its taste becomes even milder and smoother. The finish is a mixture of berries and different spices. It is a lot intenser than the standard 10 year old.
Like the Aberlour 12 years old this malt was matured in ex-bourbon casks and sherry casks. But due to the longer time of maturation this scotch is maturer and smoother.
Status: Closed
This single malt Scotch whisky is partially matured in ex-sherry casks. It is well-balanced and smooth. Its mild harmonic taste reminds the connoisseur a bit of a delicate liqueur.
Knockdhu - AnCnoc
Official Tasting Notes: Nose: intensive with hints of wood vanilla and toffee Taste: A full bodied, lightly peated with a lot of fruity notes
Status: Empty
This is a limited edition bottling of the Knockdhu distillery under the brand of An Cnoc. The taste is surprisingly smoky with peat. The smoke doesn't dominate the whisky but enhances the fruity aromas and rounds of the finish.

This single malt whisky got its name from the charring process. The casks were charred at grade 4, which is the highest grade, meaning they were charred inside for four minutes. After this procedure, the resulting charred inner wall of the casks looks...
This was the first bottling of the newly opened Ardbeg distillery under the new banner. It was bottled from 90% ex-bourbon casks and 10% ex-sherry casks. The Ardbeg Uigeadail is fruitier and smoother than the normal Ardbeg TEN.
Since the sellout in 1997 the Ardbeg distillery produces whisky again. The production capacity is constantly rising. This is now a 9 year old Malt and Ardbeg shows how intense they can make a whisky tasting experience.
The Ardbeg Galileo was named after the great Astronomer Galileo Galilei. It is the predecessor of the Ardbeg Alligator. The Ardbeg intern name for this bottle was "Son of Alligator. As always it is a limited edition but this time with a 12 year old...
This Ardbeg is the third and last release from the Ardbeg very young and still young series. The Almost there is said to be the best of the series. Like a typical Ardbeg it tastes of peat smoke and then it releases its sweetness with butterscotch and...
