We mostly have to thank Masataka Taketsuru for the production of Japanese Whisky. But even before him or the founding of Suntory, a Whisky distillery existed in Japan. The distillery White Oak was already licensed in 1919 and therefore is the oldest one...
This is one of the standard bottling of the famous Indian Whisky Amrut single malt whisky.
Knockdhu - AnCnoc
A very fresh and sweet AnCnoc single malt. You will find some sweet malty notes that convert themselves to vanilla. On the tongue you will find some acidity that follows in a medium-long clear finish.
The Ardbeg Corryvreckan is named after Europe's biggest vortex. It lies very close to the Hebrides and the Isle of Jura on the west coast of Scotland. It comes non chill filtered and with a high ABV. The Corryvreckan impersonates the untamed character...
This was the first bottling of the newly opened Ardbeg distillery under the new banner. It was bottled from 90% ex-bourbon casks and 10% ex-sherry casks. The Ardbeg Uigeadail is fruitier and smoother than the normal Ardbeg TEN.
Ardbeg TEN stands for a very intense, peated Whisky that you can enjoy regularly. Its taste is full and intense like the Isle of Islay itself. While tasting you always have this smoky note lingering over everything. A very nice non chill filtered whisky...
This Ardmore finished it's maturing in small Quarter Casks. With this, the already existing aromas intensified. A complex, for the Highlands, unusual smoky Single Malt Whisky. This bottle won the title "Whisky of the year" at the International Spirit...
This Arran is the first bottling that has not been bottled from barrels from the first year. It comes with exotic fruit, traces of cinnamon, dark chocolate and some oak in the background. The finish is smooth and oily. Non chill filtered and not coloured.
The 14 year old Arran is one of the most popular and is part of the standard range of the distillery. It was bottled like the others without chill-filtering and without colouring. Only in 1995 the Isle of Arran distillery was opened by the queen.
This is the new and strong Three Wood from Auchentoshan. After 10 years of maturing in ex-bourbon-casks and a post-maturing in Oloroso sherry casks for 2 years, this whisky will finish it's maturing in a sweet Pedro Ximenez sherry cask.
