Caol Ila
Status: Open
Like all Caol Ila single malts, the 25-year-old is lighter and finer than you would expect from an Islay Malt. The 25-year-old flows deep golden and oily into the Nosing glass. Its sweet-spicy fragrance with notes of dried fruit and seafood flatters the...

The 14-year-old Clynelish was the first original bottling of the distillery under the "Hidden Malt" working title. Contemporary bottlings of Clynelish are just as intense but less smoky.
This Single Malt is special. It was created from Whiskies that had been matured in Sherry, Port and Madeira casks, resulting in a very complex and aromatic Whisky.
Status: Open
Dalmore's 12-year-old expression has been matured in ex-bourbon and ex-Oloroso sherry casks. The portion of sherry casks in the mix has been increased compared to former times, making it much more complex.

The Edradour 10 years old is the main product of the Edradour distillery. It is an intense single malt with a strong sherry influence. A perfect whisky to enjoy before or between meals.

Glen Grant
For years the 15-year-old Revival had been one of the most popular bottlings from Glendronach, but it is now discontinued because the distillery had been mothballed from 1996 until 2002. Stocks are dwindling, and prices have already gone up.
The Glendronach 21 Parliament gets its name from a colony (=parliament) of crows who've been nesting in the trees next to the distillery for 200 years. It's been matured in Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez sherry casks.
One of the oldest bottlings in Glenfarclas's standard range. A very complex 25-year-old malt that shows a lot of dryness and oak notes but is not dominated by sheer sherry influence.
With their 12-year-old standard bottling, Glenfiddich helped to establish the single malt whisky category worldwide. Today it is still the best-selling single malt whisky in the world.
