Signatory Vintage Samurai: A range of new single cask whiskies

Sherry casks shaped the four single malts

In their Vintage range, independent Scottish bottler Signatory regularly offers single cask bottlings. In cooperation with the distributor Kirsch Import, some special Signatory Vintage bottlings will now enter the German market. They are dedicated to the heroic Japanese samurai. Four single cask releases were announced as Signatory Vintage "Samurai”.

Sherry casks play a key role in all four Signatory Vintage Samurai Single Casks. Either the respective whiske was matured completely in a sherry cask or it was finished in it. The whiskies were bottled without chill filtration, in natural colour and at cask strength.

Of course, the most important thing about a whisky is the content of the bottle, but you can't avoid admiring the exterior of these releases: the design of label and packaging is dedicated to the world of the samurai. The Japanese warriors are expressively sketched in various scenes.
