Jameson presents new design
The Irish whiskey gets a new bottle shape and a slightly different label
It's not a revolutionary makeover, but a refreshed overall look: The triple-distilled Jameson Whiskey from Irish Midleton Distillery now gets a re-designed bottle shape that looks a touch less edgy than before. The shoulders perform a softer bow and a small heel at the bottom of the bottle appears.
You can also see some changes on the label - perhaps not at first glance, but if you look closely, you'll notice change of fonts and differences regarding the graphic elements. Overall, the label looks brighter and fresher. Same with the colors of the bottle glass and the cap, according to the current press release of Irish Distillers, which belongs to the company Pernod Ricard since 1988.
The whiskey connoisseurs in Ireland will be able to check the new bottle already this month, as in the home country of the Jameson, the standard Jameson Whiskey will be launched in January 2019 in the new design. "In the US and other markets" you must wait until March. Jameson Caskmates, Jameson Black Barrel and Jameson Crested will undergo this re-design later during this year. The contents of the bottles of course remains the same.
