Comment:

Taste:Off the bat Strong hit of Spice, Followed by Honey, Alcohol, Malt, with Subtle taste of Sherry
Finish: Long Finish of Apricots, Spices, with a Lingering of Barley and a clean finish
Comment: Definitely a whiskey/whisky worth trying out. Strong and Sweet, typical of an Irish Whiskey, with some rather powerful bouquet of aromas and flavors.
(On a Personal Note, I would highly recommend that if you are a cigar lover, to try and pair this elegant whiskey with a Medium to Full Bodied Cigar to complement the flavors of this whiskey. Stay away from Milder Cigars in order not to lose the flavors of either the whiskey or the cigar)
