Glenlivet Founder's Reserve
The Glenlivet Founder's Reserve matured in American first-fill American casks for the biggest part and was dedicated to the early beginnings of the distillery. Comment: This one is a bit on the sweeter side so if you don't like 'em sweet, say well away! Judging from reviews of when this First Reserve first came out and the bottles currently going, I wonder if it's very so slightly older now. To me it's lost the metalic twang of young whisky that was so obvious the last time I tasted it, but it was in my opinion far superior to when I tasted it in 2015.
