    Hello,

My name is Garry and I have been enjoying scotch for about 4 years now. I really love the complexity of scotch. I have so many questions to ask and things to learn. I will definitely be going thru the forums.

However, if I could have a quick question answered I would highly appreciate it.

I recently purchased a bottle of XR 21 and was told never to drink it because the value would skyrocket, I don't know enough about scotch so I figured I would ask here. So should I open and enjoy the bottle I bought or hold onto it as a future investment.

    Thanks in advance,

    Garry

@Garry.camden It depends on what you want. I'm no accountant, but I feel there are better ways to invest money than holding on to bottles of whisky. I believe whisky is for drinking, but that's just my take on it.

@OdysseusUnbound thanks for your input. I am seriously going back and forth with it. Maybe I'll save it for a special occasion.
