I think we have a new way to tell that Horst really likes a whisky: He forgets he is doing an English video and lapses back into German.
Yeah, I really got a kick out of that too (especially when Ben had to remind him that he had reverted back to his native tongue as Horst seemed unaware he had).
TOMAR: What is it?
SCOTT: Well, it's, er. (peers at it, sniffs it) It's green.
Probably very good good but out of reach for most people.

Lagavulin 25yr was included in a tasting session with Diageo brand ambassador Mikael Lundén during Oslo Whisky Festival 2016.
Excellent stuff - but with a hefty price tag!

In Sweden the price was 10000Sek if I remember correctly. 1100 Euros or so. I could have a complete holiday in Scotland for that price :smiley:
Did you participate in the Oslo Whisky Festival?
but this 200th anniversary bottle will be highly collectable and price should skyrocket.
@hwchoy
The price is too high as Lagavulin has already calculated for the collectors market.
@bedlamborn
I just had one guy asking me to help him purchase at the Changi duty free, but I am assuming it is already out of stock.
I enjoy whiskey when i go to the outside countries for 2 to 3 days stays.
My Last journey was in singapore. It was awesome tour for 5 days. All 5 Days i have drunken.
@hwchoy
It disappeared quite quickly despite the price.
