Found this bottle

Found a bottle of w.l.wellers cabin still. 90 proof i deliver liquor and wine. And a store had it with a broken cork but not opened.  I thought it would would be cool in my home bar. I know its old. But can't find any information on it.  Can someone help with a back story.
