Hello Fellow Whisky Lovers,
We're a small distillery and have been experimenting with a new blend of whisky and getting an odd aroma reminiscent of olive oil. The thing is that there is absolutely nothing olive related being added into our blend and therefor are baffled, and intrigued. By the way, It is simply a smell not a flavor, and actually quite delightful. But we would love to know if any of you are aware of what may be the reason behind this.
