Hi, I'm new and have little knowledge so all advice welcome. I have given a bottle of whiskey for lab testing. The lab (used by most distillers in the uk) has confirmed that it is 55.5% multigrain whiskey and that it is at least 150 yrs old. Further tests are being carried out at present to work out its maturation. Problem is the bottles were estimated circa 1780-1800 by numerous antique dealers therefore not connected to a known distillery. Would they still be sought after?

Regards and thanks for your help.

@Donna_Boyle No clue what value this might have, but from a purely historical and analytical perspective, how amazing to have something of that age at your fingertips!!
