Hello from OZ. Whiskey or Whisky?

    Hello there ,


    just a question about aging Whisky in Aus.

    So hypothetical. If your a starting out/small time spirit producer and you want to age your moonshine less than 2 years to have a whisky product but the law here in Australia states you can only call it whisky if it aged min 2 years....can you just call it Whiskey with an "e" like the yanks do and legally be ok?
