So I have found many bourbon based recipes for making a Turkey brine/soak for flavoring the bird. However, I have not had luck finding a Scotch one. Does anyone have recipes or ideas for something good, or should i just use a bourbon recipe and substitute a single malted? And any recommendations for the scotch to use?
