@Jason.A My current favorite is Bunnahabhain 12 year. Its a lightly peated Islay single malt and its fabulous. Light smoke with hints of sweet and brine in the background. About $60 (in my region). Another good one is the Glenmorangie Quinta Ruban. Basically Glenmorangie 10 plus 2 years in a port cask. And last but not least, Highland Park Magnus. It's a new addition to their line. Non age statement but very good. Lightly smoked ham with sweet, crisp background ambience. $40 or less depending on location. Cheers!
