fairly new to the scotch scene. I have always been a bourbon or Canadian whisky man. For the last 3 years though I have given up smoking cigarettes and started smoking cigars. There is nothing better than a good scotch and a good stogie. My palette has matured a great deal over these last years, and bourbons are too sweet to me, Canadian whisky is too thin. I get great enjoyment out of tasting and drinking scotch. My collection is small so far, 12 bottles but I keep drinking the ones I like til they're gone? Oops! Recently though I have been sampling the older stuff, enjoying that part, then put back and seek more. So any ways glad to be a member look forward to many good conversations

May your burn be sharp and you never ash in your Scotch
