Arrow John Dewar & Sons 1886-1930

I found a bottle still sealed with USD bottle Stamp...White Label 4/5 Quart. 86.8 Proof...it says Distilled and bottled in Scotland under British Government Supervision..it has 14 circles dating from 1886 to 1930..in the top right hand side it says 50 Gold and Prize Medals.I would like to know its valve or more info can anybody help?...
